Movie Night

Perhaps the greatest passion of my life, especially in recent years, is movies. I grew up watching action, horror, science-fiction, and fantasy films but have pretty broad tastes as well; having studied films for years, I’m happy to watch anything but always scrutinised a film to its smallest detail. Given that I tend to see at least one new film a month at the cinema, I tend to publish these articles at least once a month (or more, if it takes my fancy).

When reviewing films, I employ a traditional five star system. I also employ no restraint on spoilers and will discuss the film’s finer points in the appropriately-titled “Nitty-Gritty” section. Until I re-branded this section in July 2023, these articles were formally known as Talking Movies.
